If you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) within 30 days after the last items' delivery date, a refund to the original payment method will be issued based on your and eligibility. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Return the garment in its original condition with tags still attached and in the original packaging (if applicable)

• Unworn or unused

• Not damaged, altered, stained or marked in any way

• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Before shipping an item back to us, please email a return request authorization to within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return - if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will unfortunately not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like "final sale" products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), gift cards, jewelry, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, bodysuits, tights, swimwear, fashion face covers and hats cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (5-7 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The amount issued will exclude all shipping costs. 

Please note that a restocking fee of 8 percent might be deducted from your refund. However, if the package remains unopened, no restocking fee will be applied.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In the case of items which include a hygiene or security seal, we ask that you exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals while examining the goods, unless you are certain that you intend to keep the goods. If any seals or tags are damaged, removed or tampered with, we shall not validate your return requests. Intimate apparel (e.g., face masks, bikini bottoms, bodysuits and other) are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.
