Purchases
We collect sales taxes in states where Yacine & Me has an obligation to collect them - you'll see sales taxes applied to your order based on the shipping address that you've selected.
Shopping online can sometimes be frustrating when it comes to finding the perfect fit. We understand that accurate measurements and fit are important to our customer so that they can find the perfect clothing item. Our size chart is a general guideline for average measurements and our sizes will vary depending on the design, cut, style and fabrication. Yacine & Me follows the standard “body conscious” measurements, based on average body measurements for all sizes. Most of our clothing will fit true to size unless otherwise noted on the product page. An easy way to calculate your size is to use our size & fit guide.
Our jewelry and accessories typically come in one size. Rest assured that if an item is available in multiple sizes, we will clearly display these variations in the product sections for your convenience. Our goal is to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for our customers, ensuring you can easily find the perfect fit for your unique style preferences.

Only one (1) promotional code may be applied per order. Unfortunatly, we cannot apply promo codes to past orders.

My Account
You do not need to register for an account before placing an order. You may register for an account as soon as you have finished shopping or check out as a Guest. Our account registration process is fast and will save you time for future purchases.
You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order on yacineandme.com. Whenever you place your order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us to do otherwise. You can browse, shop, and complete your order later if you’d like – we will keep track of the items you've added in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Please note that placing items into your shopping cart for purchase later will not guarantee the item’s availability.
Shipping
Currently, Yacine & Me ships products within the continental U.S. only.
Please allow 1-3 business days of processing time from when your order is placed to the time it is shipped. Please note that during periods of unusually high volume such as holidays, sales, and promotions, our processing time may be extended to 5 business days. Visit our shipping process page to get a closer look at how we handle shipping.
We have a variety of shipping options to meet your expectations when you checkout. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please check you junk and spam folder if you do not see your confirmation email.
Return & Exchanges
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like "final sale" products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), umbrellas, keychains, bags, scarves, belts, jewelry, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, bodysuits, tights, swimwear, press-on nails, fashion face covers and hats cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Please carefully read our return & exchange policy before contacting us at returns@yacineandme.com. Follow our instructions so that we can process your return and send you a return shipping label.
You can return Yacine & Me apparel/clothing product(s) within 30 days after the item's delivery date, a refund to the original payment method will be issued based on your and eligibility. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please carefully read our return & exchange policy before contacting us.
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
Payments
We accept a variety of secure payment methods in the United States, including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards; popular digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Venmo; and Yacine & Me Store Credits. All payment options must be issued and accepted within the United States.
If your order has been canceled, please contact your financial institution to verify your payment method and if you still need assistance, please contact us by email at orders@yacineandme.com.
Most declined payments happen because of an incorrect billing address. Please make sure that your address is entered correctly. If the problem persists, please reach out to your banking institution.
